  • Details about your yard and pets (number of dogs, service frequency, special instructions such as gate codes or pet notes)

  • Billing and payment details when you sign up for service (payment card processing is handled by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers on the Site)

Information from ads and social media. If you respond to one of our ads or lead forms on platforms such as Facebook or Instagram (Meta), we receive the information you submit in that form (for example, your name, phone number, email, and ZIP code) so we can follow up with your quote.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring links, and general location. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described below.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile opt-in data or consent information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers who help us run our business — for example, website hosting, form processing and email delivery, scheduling and routing software, and payment processors. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
